• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.

bbb88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Account holder's payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account restriction.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, any real-money balance that remains after the resolution of outstanding investigations will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit payment method, less any amounts legitimately owed to bbb88.
